I am a certified personal trainer, Nordic walking expert, and 200-hour registered yoga teacher with a degree in physical education and health.
In addition to my work in fitness, I am a professional health and fitness writer and studied writing at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Since 2006, I have been a Master Trainer for Urban Poling Inc., Canada's leading Nordic walking company.
My Nordic weekly walking classes in Toronto's High Park and Mount Pleasant Cemetery have been running since 2008.
I also offer private and semi-private sessions, along with small-group Quick-Start Clinics for those seeking a personalized introduction to Nordic walking.

What I love most about my Nordic walking career is sharing the joy of being active outdoors. Helping people move and feel their best is at the heart of what I do. It's not just about exercising—it’s about connecting with nature, exploring the environment, and moving with a group of like-minded people who inspire and energize each other!
