This retreat is ideal for you if you …

  • are age 50 to 70ish

  • are in good health

  • have an easy-going and flexible approach to life

  • are a regular exerciser and have good stamina

  • know how to Nordic walk, practise yoga or are keen to learn

  • are able to Nordic walk/walk continuously and at a moderate pace for at least one hour

  • are comfortable cycling at a moderate pace on a car-free trail for a total of one hour or two hours (if you plan on cycling at this retreat)

  • love the outdoors

  • love meeting new people and making new friends

  • enjoy a wide variety of foods (though the chef can easily address vegetarian diets, food allergies and food sensitivities)

  • are comfortable sharing a lovely cottage with others in either a single or double bedroom (your choice)
